E-TEEN VENTURESE-Teen Ventures engages and empowers students by teaching them how to start and run a business. Students learn and practice through workshops, pitch competitions, and local events. The primary program is a highly competitive, one week camp over the summer where students learn through interaction and experiences shared from inspiring local businesses and successful startup founders from around NWA. At the end of the week, students apply what they learn through a team pitch competition.

WOMEN IN ENTREPRENEURSHIPRegardless of race, women are half as likely as men to own employer businesses, which is why Community Venture Foundation hosts several events, programs, and workshops specifically aimed at supporting those women in NWA. By creating opportunities to foster collaboration and connections, Community Venture Foundation is bridging the gap to help women overcome the barriers and challenges faced as a female entrepreneur.

AR GIRLS CODEAR Girls Code inspires young women to pursue a future in the STEM fields by providing free one-day workshops to girls ages 10 to 18 to teach the basics of HTML, CSS, and javascript. Girls not only learn technical skills that they can immediately apply, but are enveloped in an environment that fosters relationships and builds a supportive community of other females interested in coding. We are the NWA Chapter of 100 Girls of Code.
